IJOOES receives all submissions electronically via OJS-Open Journal Systems. OJS allows for rapid submission of original and revised manuscripts, and facilitates the review process and internal communication between authors, editors and reviewers via a web-based platform. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material from other sources. As an author, you are required to secure permission if you want to reproduce any figure, table or extract from the text of another source.
File Format The papers will be published in PDF format, but authors must submit the final version of the paper in Microsoft Word or Rich Text Format (RTF) formats.
Layout and Style Authors should follow the template available online (docx, dotx, rtf, LaTex). Please mind following the APA Style 6th edition to format the references and citations.
Quality Control All submitted manuscripts are peer-reviewed by at least two referees, after initial screening or adherence to author guidelines and content relevance.
Copyright Policy No claim on copyright is made by the publisher. Authors retain copyright alongside scholarly usage rights and SPOSHO will be granted publishing and distribution rights.
Plagiarism Control IJOOES does not tolerate any type of plagiarism. Reserves the right to use plagiarism detecting software (Turnitin) to screen submitted manuscripts.
Copyediting Manuscripts Prior to submission, authors who believe their manuscripts would benefit from professional editing are encouraged to use language-editing and copyediting services. Obtaining this service is responsibility of the authors and should be done before initial submission. These services can be found on the web using search terms like "scientific editing service" or "manuscript editing service".
