Peer Review
The peer review process is a fundamental step in any scientific journal, critical for its success and prestige.
According to the most common and traditional method and in order to have a review as unbiased as possible, IJOOES uses double-blind peer review, which means that the journal does not provide reviewers with any information concerning the author's identity, nor gives the author information on the reviewers' identity.
Each submitted paper to IJOOES is reviewed in a multi-step process. Each submission undergoes initial screening for adherence to author guidelines and content relevance. The final peer review is conducted for at least two experts in the field to guarantee the quality of its content, structure and language. The final decision to accept, invite revisions or refuse the paper by the editor is based on the reviewers' comments and recommendations.
