Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate and permanent open access to its content (golden open access) on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge, using a
Permitted free third party reuse is defined by this license for everyone to read, download, copy and distribute. The user is required to give appropriate credit (with a link to the formal publication through the relevant DOI) and to provide a link to the license.
Despite IJOOES has no subsciption fees, no article submitted will have any 'Article Processing Charges'. This includes peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining and archiving. Also allows immediate and permanent access to the full text versions of the articles.
Authors are entitled to deposit their original version (pre-print) or the final version in institutional and/or centrally organized repositories and can make this publicly available immediately upon publication. IJOOES strongly encourages authors to deposit the final version instead of the pre-print. This will guarantee that the definitive version is readily available to those accessing the article from such repositories and means it is more likely to be cited correctly (if correct citation details are given).
No claim on copyright is made by the publisher. Authors retain copyright alongside scholarly usage rights and SPOSHO will be granted publishing and distribution rights. However, in submitting to IJOOES, authors agree to the publisher licensing the content to appropriate search engine and database providers to ensure maximum exposure of the content to the intended audiences, on the understanding that any income received by the journal is used only to support its development and publication.
It is assumed that, when an author submits a paper, he or she is the legal copyright holder and no other claim to the copyright exists. Persons or publishers wishing to download a paper for whatever use (other than personal study) must contact the repective author for permission.
